3. Choose a Format. -Centered (Most Popular) -Lined up on the left -Staggered (each row graduating down) ~or~ -Staggered (Guest Name Larger)
4. Choose a Style. -Handwritten Calligraphy -Machine Calligraphy
5. *Select a Date. -The date you select should assure that you have atleast 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Holiday or Summer Weddings 8 weeks. -You will also need time to stuff, seal & stamp your invitations. (I provide this service at an additional cost of .50 per Invitation with you providing the stamps) *Right Now for a Limited Time VIP is FREE -I need atleast 7 business days per 100 Invitations -Remember shipping time (2-3 days each way)
ALLOWING PLENTY OF TIME IS PREFERABLE. Feel free to send envelopes ASAP to avoid rushing.
*EXAMPLE for Date Selection: For mailing 100 Invitations 6 weeks prior to your wedding date you would need to ship your invites to me no later than 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. This would leave me time to work (7 days), shipping time both ways (3-5 days) & 4 days for you to get ready to mail. Just add 7 more days for every extra 100.
Black is the standard etiquette ink color for Handwritten Calligraphy. Sorry, No White, Gold or Silver. No Handwritten Calligraphy Available on Shiny Paper/Envelopes ~Ink won't dry no where to "soak in". I can address this type envelope by machine, see all available fonts for a large variety of choices.

I will send you a return email upon arrival of the package. Once my work is complete, I will email you a return TRACKING # when the package is mailed back to you. I generally use USPS 2 Day priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you have a FedEx or UPS account # feel free to send return shipping label. Since you are responsible for all shipping charges, I will use the service you prefer.
For VIP Customers ~ Ready to ship: Your package should include the following things: 1. Outer Envelopes 2. Inner Envelopes 3. Invitations, Tissues & ALL Enclosures 4. Completed Guest List 5. Postage (.70 for outer envelopes & .49 for rsvp envelopes) ~If you have Square Envelopes or if your envelopes are over 6" tall you'll need additional postage. .70 & .49 ea. for outer plus .49 for rsvp. International Postage don't worry about it. I will take them to the post office & have them weighed for you & charge you the postage on your balance. 6. Check, for half the cost of service.
